As a courtesy we assist our patients in the filing of their dental insurance so please bring your insurance information for us to have on file. You may want to call your insurance company to find out what your coverage is for treatments in our office prior to your visit. Insurance reimbursements will be sent directly from the insurance company to the policyholder.
The guarantor for the account is responsible for the all payments to the office, as we do not directly participate in any insurance plans. We will make our best efforts to work with you if a payment plan is necessary for your continued oral health. Please let us know if you have questions about our financial policies prior to your treatment.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
